Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your billoo.ai account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what may be retained for legal or security reasons.
1. Delete from within the app
If the app you use includes an in-app deletion option, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion begins immediately and completes within 30 days.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or prefer email, send a message to privacy@billoo.ai from the email address on your account. Include:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- The app or apps you used (Bolo, FinCalc, HomeworkHelper, Patient Samurai, DocketFlex, MockStock).
- The email address associated with your account.
- Optionally, the reason (helps us improve, not required).
We will verify the request using the email on file. Once verified, we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days and send confirmation.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, password hash).
- Content you created in the app (prompts, notes, uploads, portfolios, messages, matters, workflows).
- Preferences, settings, and personal usage history tied to your account.
4. What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, including:
- Transaction and tax records required by law (typically up to 7 years).
- Security logs necessary to investigate abuse or protect the Services.
- De-identified or aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Content that is required to be retained under applicable regulations (for example, certain legal-workflow records in DocketFlex if your firm is subject to retention rules).
5. Subscriptions
Deleting your billoo.ai account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription in the store first, then request account deletion.
6. After deletion
Once deletion completes, your account cannot be recovered. If you want to use a billoo.ai app again, you will need to create a new account.
