Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how H3N Technologies, LLC, doing business as billoo.ai (“billoo.ai”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the billoo.ai website and our applications, including Bolo, FinCalc, HomeworkHelper, Patient Samurai, DocketFlex, and MockStock (each an “App”, together the “Services”). “billoo.ai” is a trade name of H3N Technologies, LLC and does not refer to a separate legal entity.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate and improve the Services.
Information you provide
- Account information such as name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Content you submit to an App — for example, prompts, notes, uploaded documents, portfolios, or messages.
- Support communications when you contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and interaction events.
- Log data such as IP address, timestamps, and referring URLs, used for security and diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies on the website for essential session functionality and privacy-respecting analytics.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To process content you submit so an App can return results to you.
- To communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
Our Apps use large language models and other AI providers to generate results. When you submit content to an AI-powered feature, that content may be sent to a third-party AI provider (for example, OpenAI or Anthropic) solely to produce a response for you. We do not authorize these providers to use your content to train their models. Where an App supports it, you may choose local or private AI providers instead.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that host, secure, or support the Services (for example, hosting, error monitoring, and AI inference providers), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
5. Data Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. 6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. For HomeworkHelper, when a parent or guardian creates a family account on behalf of a minor, use of the App is subject to the parent’s supervision and consent.
9. International Users
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Services or by email.
