Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the billoo.ai website and applications, including Bolo, FinCalc, HomeworkHelper, Patient Samurai, DocketFlex, and MockStock (the “Services”), provided by H3N Technologies, LLC, doing business as billoo.ai (“billoo.ai”, “we”, “us”). “billoo.ai” is a trade name of H3N Technologies, LLC and does not refer to a separate legal entity. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and at least 18 to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services and deliver requested results. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
- Scrape, resell, or use the Services to build a competing product.
- Submit content that is defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use the Services to generate content that could harm minors or violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.
5. AI-Generated Output
The Services use AI models to generate output based on your inputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it. AI output is not professional advice.
6. No Professional Advice
- FinCalc and MockStock provide research and educational tools only, not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.
- DocketFlex provides legal-workflow tooling only; it does not replace attorney judgment or provide legal advice.
- Patient Samurai provides support-room and communication tooling only; it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- HomeworkHelper provides tutoring support; it is not a substitute for a qualified teacher.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Some Services or features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms’ billing terms and cancellation policies.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party providers (for example, AI inference, market data, or authentication). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by H3N Technologies, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion via /account-deletion/. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL H3N TECHNOLOGIES, LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H3N Technologies, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Apple App Store Additional Terms
For Apps delivered through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and H3N Technologies, LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle warranty claims for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16. Google Play Additional Terms
Apps delivered through Google Play are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Google Play terms with respect to distribution, the Google Play terms control for that purpose only.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
